Quantum Crossings is looking for a Customer-Focused Oracle Applications Developer for a 6-month assignment at one of our largest clients in Chicago. Your experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Financials will allow you to effectively design and review Oracle applications while working closely with clients to develop custom reporting, interfaces, applications, and reporting solutions.
The Environment: Oracle EBS 126.96.36.199, Oracle 188.8.131.52 Database, SOA middleware technologies
Experience with Oracle Applications EBS 11.5.10 & R12 and Oracle Developer 10g Suite
In-depth process knowledge in EBS Modules: AOL, HR, Payroll, OTL, Self Service, Benefits, AP, AR, GL, PO, CM, PSB, Oracle Grants, Oracle Projects
Hands on experience with Primavera, ETL tools (OWB), OBIEE, BI Publisher, and Hyperion
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) methods and implementation technologies (Oracle SOA suite)
Experience on middleware technologies SOA, ESB, BPEL, BAM, and messaging queue
Experience in Data Modeling, batch processing.
Experience in DAC
Oracle Applications Database Administrator
Quantum Crossings is looking for an Oracle Applications Database Administrator with a sales-oriented attitude who is ready to jump into a team environment, and loves working with clients to identify and resolves issues. In addition to standard DBA responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to research and present sales strategies for basic systems integration products and services.
Our Ideal Candidate will have the following:
Minimum of 6+ years of Applications DBA experience preferred. Experience in Application and Database version upgrades.
Experienced in Oracle Financials 11.5.10.X (11i) and R12
Experienced in Oracle database platforms 10g and 11g
Must be experienced in managing multiple Oracle instances in a Windows environment.
Experience in Functional support of Oracle Financials and HRMS/Payroll.
Experienced in cloning, backup, recovery, and system/performance tuning.
Experience in managing multiple development instances.
Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving Application/Functional related issues as part of the onsite support team.
Experienced in resolving printing and performance issues.
Very good interpersonal skills are required as this position has regular contact with end users, guest consultants, and client management team.
